Yes, I think you would aim to only sign starters for that. The CM and RW/RM would be signed as starters, and the RB target would be as well(Meunier). The only one who wouldnt be an immediate starter would be CB, but it would be a top younger talent at 15-20 million, who you would HOPE would take a starter spot, but he wouldnt have to. That way you could move Keane out and develop a future star. In my opinion, the best squads have a mix of top current talent, and top talent who are pushing to break out in 1-2 years time.
 
Unless commercial side bucks up.it's gonna be sell to buy this time around if there is any aim of Europe the season after.

Which is why I’ll be more impressed if they do manage to shift some of the main offenders
Ancelotti has given us a pulling power we’ve lacked this past decade - incomings don’t worry me, think we’ll nail them to be honest
