I notice you admit you totally changed your mind on the Caroline flack situation from thinking she ended her life because she was clearly guilty to Blaming the police for charging her and leading to her suicide . My point is don’t you think that shows the dangers of having such clear opinions on matters that you often only get a couple of hundred words of information over ? Whilst clearly the jury heard significantly more information available to them .

I'm sure he has taken advantage of women, the casting couch is as old as Hollywood itself, but some of these women were sleeping with him to further their career for me and knew exactly what was going on, and are now crying foul play.

Got to ask yourself why you're so desperate to prove rape convictions, with a huge weight of evidence behind them, to be untrue. What's the motivation here?

Have you ever talked with an abuse survivor - either sexual abuse, domestic abuse or other types of abuses?

From my limited experience what can seem clear to a someone not involved (who is at fault, that a crime is being committed, that you need to get the hell out of there ffs) is not necessarily as clear cut to someone actually in the situation.

The jury heard lots of testimony, both from the defense and prosecution that covered the complexities of the case, and found him innocent in some of the more serious charges but guilty on others.

@OnlyBlueWillDo behaving v oddly here, I'm wondering what his motivation is myself. Usually a guy who goes to such great lengths to defend a convicted sex fiend has a few skeletons himself imo
 
Glad the scumbag got what he deserved but what sort of prison will he be going to? Sounds silly I know but I just hope that it won't be a comfortable one like the Wolf of Wall Street ended up in.

Mate I knew when I was typing it I'd get load of wokes crying you can't say that, well I'm saying it.

She was raped, but continued for months of her own free will to meet up in hotel rooms and have sex with him.

Has a women ever lied about being raped?, have innocent blokes been banged up for rape?

How many women rape victims do you read about being date raped, and then continue to meet up with alleged rapist for months and continue to have sex with them, and send flirty messages to him prior to meeting up.

Because of the publicity involved in this matter Weinstein had zero chance of a fair trial in these cases, has he raped women whose cases have not made it to court, probably, but in the case I have highlighted, I have a big problem with someone crying rape, then meeting up for months to still have sex with their alleged rapist, I think she was trying to further her career by having sex with him, totally her choice to do so.

And that's the last I'm saying on it.

My point is valid, and I'll tell you this, if a lad down my street was accused of rape on a date, and it turns out the said alleged victim continued to meet up with him for several months to have sex it would be dismissed rather quickly.
