He's going to try every legal and financial way to get preferential treatment now.
That was probably a pre-planned move on his part i cynically believe. It's just process if he reports those symptoms. If all is standard and above board it's a 24hr job. ECG, run some bloods, assess meds, assess him and then discharge to the medical unit at the prison.

Probably, though a lot of his “fight back” against the conviction has been disrupted by the women who were persuaded to sign NDAs breaching them to reveal what he actually did.
One of the best of these is Ambra Battilana, the Italian model who did go to the cops after he assaulted her, wore a wire and got him on tape but who then saw her career get destroyed, accused of being a hooker by the papers and eventually saw the case get dropped by the prosecutors. Obviously the fact that Weinsteins team donated to the DA’s re-election campaign was entirely coincidental.
Her NDA imposed mad sanctions on her to destroy all copies of the recordings - handing her phone over, giving all of her email and social media passwords etc so they could prove she didn’t have a copy of them. Sadly for them, she kept a copy.

He was convicted on two cases, two women, one woman claimed he raped her, then she continued to have sex with him for months and sent him flirty emails?
I'm sure he has taken advantage of women, the casting couch is as old as Hollywood itself, but some of these women were sleeping with him to further their career for me and knew exactly what was going on, and are now crying foul play.

yet the jury who listened to all the evidence rather than read a couple of hundred words in the newspaper felt there was enough evidence to convict in a matter where conviction rates are notoriously low.

Yes, that’s entirely what NDA’ing several victims, intimidating others and using ex intelligence agents to go after the rest is meant to make you believe.
Ultimately then if you’re on his jury you could perhaps vote to acquit although perhaps some evidence may change your mind .
interestingly enough I believe several of the high profile grooming trials have featured adult victims I presume you’re equally disheartened with this verdicts ?
