The Hollywood glitterati may be fleeing the good ship Harvey, but he’s still got lots of cash to help ease his incarceration.

none of his support - or at least the support that could do that for him - comes from Hollywood; they were just the flesh he peddled about and/or amused himself with

rather its his political and media chums who will do that, who despite this conviction still are not really talked about (even though we know they spiked at least one criminal investigation into his conduct and went after the accusers)

christ, did it ever cross your mind that before the metoo movement, powerful men like this were never/rarely found guilty. They shut everything down.

Do you think Weinstein rapes a girl, sends a band of lawyers after her telling her that if she goes to the cops she'll never work in hollywood again. And anyway no lawyer worth their salt would go up against Weinstein who'll just get the whole thing dismissed so here, take this paltry sum and shut up.

Trying to insinuate that these girls were somehow responsible because they settled due to a rigged system is dumb in the extreme.

According to the Niagra-Gazette, the 68-year-old convicted sex offender is one of two inmates that tested positive at the prison–where Weinstein is serving a 23 year prison sentence for sexual assault and rape.

Weinstein has been moved to isolation, the report said.

To be honest I believe Salmond got the correct verdict from what I saw.

Very, very different to Weinstein.
