Watford Blame Everton

He looks like a beaten man to me.

I'm shocked by how he's looked and sounded these past few weeks. He clearly is not up to it and he isn't enjoying it. I see no fight or anything remotely that indicates a man fully engaged in his job.
He came out of retirement for one last pay day knowing he was gone in the Summer most likely. Probably thinking now why did he bother. Rubbing off on the players too I'd say.

He's not the right man for these players. He usually inherits players at other clubs who cant play so there's no debate about the route one stuff.

I firmly believe that when he watched that West Ham game from the directors box and saw what we can play like he shat a few bricks. he knew he was the wrong fit here.

This is a weird one. Our board clearly desperately wanted him but baulked at their compensation demands. So we ended up with Allardyce after waiting weeks on Silva.

Now Silva is available for free, while we have our 8th choice manager. Allardyce is stinking the place out and the board knows the fans hate him.

Perfect combination to sack him and get Silva in. Obviously won't happen and we'll go down and wonder "what if", but hey, that'd make sense.

And in 2 months when *random club* flashes their eyes at him..........? Got form this bloke.

His stocks taken a hit, also mate, we lose managers/players to clubs right at the top, Moyes, Lukaku - United, Stones - City, Barkley - Chelsea.

the step to move from Watford to say us, is a big one for a career but one that's pretty much relative easy to 'earn' to get the step from us to that next level - you need to actually show a hell of a lot more and it's not something you can earn quickly

Oddly enough I was saying to a mate a few weeks back that, to me, Big Sam didn't look too good and wouldn't be surprised if he stands down due to poor health.

His most recent press conference (post WBA) pretty much confirms this imo, looks broken

What happens in 99% of cases when a boxer retires then comes back a year or more later, doesn't normally end up well as the thing that normally makes them retire is a loss of desire to do that job anymore
