Watford Blame Everton

Where are the fans that were giving us grief on here when we approached him? At a guess probably crying into they’re breakfast as we speak.

With these players, no. But we have talent there and we should be at least on Arsenal's heels with them.
Agreed but under 3 managers they all look like they've forgotten how to play football. I just wonder what Silva has that can change that and is it better to stick it out with Sam til May (which is the likely scenario) or does Moshiri take the risk on Silva now and hope that he can get a handful of wins from now til the seasons end.

My poll has been shut down but initially, ten said they would have Silva now and 6 said keep Sam.

Add a poll to this, i am genuinely intrigued.

Would have Silva in a heartbeat. I think he would buy into our 'project' and we could build.

We are never getting a Simeone.

We offered the 12 million and what 8 weeks later they have to pay up the final 18 months of his contract and sack him.

I will yell you what Pardew had Baggies playing better footie than us yesterday.

He looks like a beaten man to me.

I'm shocked by how he's looked and sounded these past few weeks. He clearly is not up to it and he isn't enjoying it. I see no fight or anything remotely that indicates a man fully engaged in his job.

Completely agreed. I just enjoy being pessimistic. Think he will walk by the end of the season if he isn’t sacked. Will do the minimum to keep us up but don’t think the job is even worth the money right now.

Let's hope we don't go in for him in the summer.

Or let's hope we do go in for him now saving £10m we would have paid Watford and he then goes on to do a great job here, like he did there. This does open things up for us to go straight in for him in the summer now.

I don't think moshiri will stick with allardyce knowing silva is available.

Koeman and Allardyce are both utterly clueless tactically. Our players look like they are trying but dont have a clue what the manager and his predecessor wanted them to do. Silva I believe will give clear instruction and help them enjoy their footy again.
