What she's saying here is that the capitalist system of selecting ownership doesn't work, and that the government should have the right to punish owners deemed "unsuitable" by the government to be in the club of owners. It's a slippery slope from there to the government having the right to determine whether new owners themselves are "suitable".

That's great if your faction currently has the reins of power and the ability to determine suitability, but pretty lousy if it doesn't.

I think the Government have more on their plate than worrying about so called dodgy money being invested into football clubs. And whilst on the subject let's take a long, hard look at tax evasion by major high street brands, the banking system, the 'jobs for the boys' Covid contracts being assigned to ministerial connections...et al. Need we go on? This smacks of someone trying to make a name for themselves because they have nowt better to do. Typical Liberal stance - will never see power in Government so try rattling cages like some sort of spoilt child who craves attention whilst it's parents are desperately trying to stop it's siblings from burning the house down.

Do you mean Trump or Biden? There are great similarities in the two men, but only one had the media on his side. I suggest(and this is a suggestion based on a lot of time spent in the US over many years) that people watch and await developments in the US over the next 18 months or so before they decide that Biden in particular and the DEmocrats in general are better for the US and therefore the world than the previous incumbent at the White House. The real political argument, all over the world, is about the Establishment versus various new orders, some of which are a bad thing, but many of which are a good thing.Money will continue to talk the loudest, whatever the source.

It's pretty straightforward. You're using the myth that Trump encouraged sedition as a prop for Biden, who's senior Party members spent much of last year actively encouraging unrest and violence across the States.

No they didn't. Trump definitely did and now faces legal action over it. Unrest and violence? If you mean they backed BLM protests then say that. You won't as it's a shameful position and you know it.
