Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre promises long-term support for Ukraine - including aid in the form of ten billion Norwegian kroner, reports NRK. Jonas Gahr Støre is visiting Ukraine and has met President Volodymyr Zelenskyj and visited war-torn areas. The money will be paid out in 2022 and 2023, and will, among other things, finance humanitarian aid, the reconstruction of the country and weapons

I'd take this with a pinch of salt. He's shown recently that, for whatever reason, he is choosing to keep his distance from even his generals and aides.

I'll be very surprised if this isn't out of choice rather than some diplomatic shun.
He is clearly terrified of dying.
 
Same when he met his trusted generals, Macron and many other instances. He’s worried about something and like you say, I hope it’s serious.

At the time, everyone suggested it was a power play thing. Maybe it was, dunno. But prefer our theory.
