I live in Ireland. We are neutral. And have a name for resisting Western imperialism.

But I won't hide behind that. As I still hate the capitalism that dictates working class life here. But doesn't mean I should move. I'd rather stay and fight and advocate for a international take over of the working class. Abolish corrupt capitalist emperial dictorships in the west and worldwide.
 
Coveney was one of the best Ministers to whom I worked. Polite and intelligent - he would actively listen to briefing and ask intelligent questions to ensure that he understood the issues fully.

I think he is doing well in DFA.
 
They will not exchange Azov guys, they are concerned with domestic propaganda, not propaganda aimed to Europeans/Americans. And this guys are symbol of supposed "denazification", basically in Russian eyes and propaganda they trying to sell, Azov is equivalent of SS, no chance they gonna give them away without show trial. Also probably a foreign fighters among captured Azov guys.

Now on other hand, beside Azov, there was also Marine brigade, police, territorial defense fighting in Mariupol, those guys could probably be exchanged.

yeah, this was bound to happen. they will be prisoned for life at best, executed or tortured at worst.

why the hell VZ told them to surrender and made them sure of evacuation? mind blowing. they should have died fighting, or drank cynade ffs. I don't wanna act like a keyboard warrior but they are clearly brave fellas and this is just way worse than dying while fighting.

They were probably out of ammo and food, not to mention hundreds of wounded, "fighting to death", i guess a lot of people in those situation would take their chances by being captured.

Look what happened to 6th army in Stalingrad, not even they fought to the last man, they run out of ammo and food, and all attempts to break encirclement failed, majority of them were so starved they barely could hold a rifle. In the end of 90 000 soldiers who surrendered only 6000 survived imprisonment.

Also i read on Reddit, there was apparently Ukrainian attempt to break through on May 14, but it failed with costly casualties, after that it came order to surrender

Our neutrality is an embarrassment in my opinion.
I spent the weekend at home getting Ukranian refugees settled in to my mums place.
Made me angry, we're like that kid in the yard who won't take sides because he's scared of getting hit, just let the bully pound the other kid and then try and talk our way out of it.

Just wanted to mention that it is truly a great thing that you and your mother are doing to provide a home for the Ukrainian refugees.

We have a population of 5 people and 3 well rounded throwing stones for a military. We spent 800 years fighting an empire. Think we should opt for staying out of emperial conquests whichever side.

But yes it is a joke as our puppets make a mockery of it.
