I really don't know what to believe anymore. I really believed in Ukraine and still do but what looked or seemed like Ukraine was winning is turning into a nightmare now. Mariupol is gone, we're in big trouble in Donbass and the East. It now just seems that Russia will take all of the east and all of the South including Odessa.
Just think that the Ukranian leadership along with our media have just been spouting a lot of war rubbish about us winning. I've been sucked into believing it and so has most the posters on here too, it seems.
The cold hard reality is that it simply doesn't look good

It'd be a legal minefield but it would be pleasing on a certain level to see world powers that have seized Russian assets making it clear to Russia that they will use these assets to pay for the defensive military equipment being sent to Ukraine and said assets will also be used to pay to repair the damage that Russia's invasion is causing to Ukrainian infrastructure and lives/compensation.Putin’s ravages laid bare as Ukraine suffers $100bn wreckage

Doesn't at all look like it. I really believed the Ukrainians could take Crimea from what everything I read on news, lbc on way to and back from work as well as on here because the theme was Ukraine was winning

They won’t take Odessa and the Ukrainians will hold the line in the east. I agree Mariupol is gone.
Now it’s a case of pinning down the Russians and malleting them with switchblade and TB2 drones. Attrition rates will be high and hopefully the Ukes will establish a stronger negotiating position in any future talks.
