Oh no, I use 'London' Luton Airport quite regularly for my sins. Maybe put up a blast shield so the fallout gets Milton Keynes well and truly?
I had a client who had an office there. What a godforsaken place.

Kev mate, I don't think this sort of thing is for you. You were golden during the Benitez wars, but I'm sensing you need a new hobby horse on here.Moving back to military strategy, it appears Putin has a potential 'in' via the Black Sea and Odessa with the fleet he has amassed there.
That would be the southern entry point. The north would be handled with the access provided by Belarus, and centrally smash through Donetsk.
Agreed, it's disgraceful but has the largest number of flights (at convenient times) for places I go. Entirely selfish of course. Otherwise, bomb Luton.I had a client who had an office there. What a godforsaken place.
An acquaintance of mine from university is a photographer who has been living and working in Ukraine for years now. Very talented guy.
Here’s a link to his work if you’re interested. His most up-to-date pictures are on Instagram (no clue how to link that)

Brendan Hoffman • War in Ukraine
After protests in Kyiv drove President Viktor Yanukovych from power in February 2014, eastern Ukraine was convulsed by a Russian-inspired and Russian-backed insurgency that evolved into a full-fledged war centered in the provinces of Donetsk and Luhansk, an industrial region known as Donbas. On that frontYup, got a couple of good friends who were made refugees via that crisis. We're sadly likely to see similar here.

There are no doubt countless examples of past events where the particulars more closely mirror the current events in Ukraine but that's not the point I was making. I was merely questioning @Kev The Rat on his isolationist viewpoint based upon him not seeing any reason to be involved. How is refering to complicated historical questions in a debate about how to tackle/react to Putin in any way relevant? How is it not simplistic? It's a weak argument.
How can you justify/propose actions for our modern leaders referring to the Anschluss or Sudetenland? Two entirely different cases, both generally peaceful & without guns fired. That's what @ClausThomsen original post was about.
