For what it's worth btw the reporter messed up by calling the killing of the general "the assassination" and got thanked by Putin for honestly admitting it was a terrorist killing.
A military General is the dictionary definition of a legitimate target in wartime.
The attempted genocide of Ukrainian civilians on on the other hand are very much terrorist killings.
