Article in the Guardian the other day about the Russian use of sexual torture on male civilians in occupied Ukrainian areas. Car batteries wired up to the genitals, that sort of thing. No idea why the two Daves are so keen for this to happen on a far wider scale, most decent folk would be against it.

We've got pensioners getting winter fuel allowance payments taken away, working poor people slumped in poverty because the child tax credit is set at 2 kids, and those on welfare will face draconian cuts.
It would cost under £5 billion p.a. to keep the WFA and to scrap the 2 child tax credit limit.
Instead of handing money to this war and feeding a fight between two kleptocratic regimes we should be sorting our own first.

The National Audit Office states that just for re-locating Ukrainian families in the UK it cost well over £2billion.
As for handing over cash to UK arms manufacturers: do you think they do that for free and the public purse doesn't pay for it?
You're having a laugh.
This is costing the UK an arm and a leg and we have genuine ingrained poverty here and is set to be maintained through the period of this parliament because billions are being thrown at that Kyiv regime.
