Western intelligence officials reportedly stated that North Korean troops are in an unspecified area in occupied Ukraine. CNN, citing two unspecified Western intelligence officials, reported on October 30 that a small number of North Korean personnel are in occupied Ukraine but did not specify their location — the first such confirmation from Western sources.[1] The intelligence officials stated that they expect the number of North Korean personnel in Ukraine to grow as they complete training in Russia. Russian Foreign ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova claimed that the arrival of the North Korean foreign minister was pre-planned, in line with Russia–North Korea cooperation.[5]
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky highlighted enhanced Ukraine–South Korea cooperation amid since-retracted reports that South Korea would consider providing direct military assistance to Ukraine. Zelensky reported on October 29 that he had discussed enhanced intelligence cooperation with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol in order to develop an action plan and propose a set of countermeasures in response to Russian and North Korean escalation of the war.[6] Zelensky announced that the two countries will soon exchange delegations to coordinate their actions and that they will involve common partners in their proposed intelligence cooperation. South Korean news outlet The Dong-A Ilbo reported on October 30 that the South Korean government was considering providing 155mm artillery shells directly to Ukraine, but the South Korean presidential office denied these reports, stating that Ukrainian officials have not requested such assistance.[7]

The sad act thinks he has some sort of divine right to question those of us who have been in the mob, I could post my EOS, 1250, photos of myself in uniform, qualifications aquired whilst in, DDS card, even my bloody veterans badge and the tedious troll would just say they were someone elses so what's the point.
Daft thing is I'd just be one quivering quim on the front line, I spent 4 years training to become fully qualified to maintain the RAF Tornado fleet, did 3 years post that, got peeved at having my SJAR's written by a SNCO who had never even met me before, was approached my some managers from a blue chip defence company to work for them instead and banged out. Hardly Queen and country stuff and that dead head's predicatbly tedious retort was to tell me to join the Ukes.
I read this thread for the input of others who offer up some impressive insight into the situation and capabilities of the equipment. My offering of the intricacies of the Typhoon or Tornado mechanical systems, or EASA Pt 66 Legislation and the transfer of ownership of Aircraft between industry and customer isn't really pertinent to the discussion at hand.
