I cant see that happening. More likely opposition parties to Russian puppet regimes will take heed of what happened in Ukraine and be deterred from challenging them.

As for the Baltic states: they are under NATO's protection and wont face a thing.

Is it unbelievable? Is he wrong? Don't see much of it in the news anymore, is it keep it "out of sight, out of mind" so to speak. Seen people moaning on X about the UK promising to continue their £3bn p/a commitment for as long as the war continues, and I get people will feel like that while times are tough at home.

Fwiw we have, imo, got to continue funding Ukraine as to allow Russia to continue unchecked is not an option. Can already see them meddling in Moldova etc. China will also been keenly watching the west's appetite to continue this as well, especially with Taiwan seemingly on the table for a Chinese invasion.
