It makes me laugh when I read and sometimes it's unfortunately been echoed here, how quick some and usually Tory Brexiters are to sing Johnson's praises when it comes to Ukraine, and of course how quick they often are to also criticise the likes of Germany and France for apparently not supporting Ukraine enough.

Germany's initial response was fully deserving of the criticism it got (from all sides) - the fact that they've finally upped their game is welcome though.
