That really is the million dollar question here - what is the plan.

If it was for a short campaign to displace the Zelensky regime then its failed; if it was to do something in the much longer term then I really wonder if we can say that it has failed or is even failing. They've suffered a lot of damage, but they've caused a lot of economic damage too.

Incidentally, Perun is very good on this and some other 'myths' of the early war if you have a spare hour. His content on Ukraine has been excellent for the last year, in fact.

This isn't even in question tbh

Looks like the U.K. has shipped Storm Shadow to Ukraine.

Dunno how they will/have integrated it onto a launch platform? But I’m sure they’ve thought about that and it will give them a long range precision strike weapon with a range approaching 350 miles.

I expect the airbases in Crimea will get a visit real soon.

I wish we’d keep it hush about these things. If/when pootin goes full rogue, we’re his number one target imo

Even if we never said a word Russia would know that we've supplied them. For all the incompetence in the Kremlin, they still have formidable intelligence capabilities.

Aye. Their army may be rubbish and their leader a deranged psychopath, but they are defo kings of the busy-bodies. Even Mrs. Hannon from my old housing estate hasn't stuck her nose in as much of other people's business

I think you are right. I strongly suspect Russia aren't certain that they could get much past the US defence systems so who are they going to terrorise with threats?

Let's ask Medvedev ...

Actually I suspect most of western amd central Europe is more at risk just because of proximity. The only place likely to have a nuclear weapon hit it is Ukraine and I think that's unlikely. A nuclear incident however is another question, especially if you can't clearly point out which side caused it which may well sum up Zaporizhzhia perfectly. Of it goes up it would still be occupied by Russia and you can bet your bottom rouble that impartial investigation would not be possible.

This is our saving grace. Poland have recently put themselves further in the immediate firing line as have Germany while the old Soviet states supplying Ukraine must also be seemed at high risk of whatever he could muster up.
