Unfortunately, it appears that 70% of the Russian population are fully behind him in respect to Ukraine. I was reading something by an American diplomat based in Moscow who said that intelligent Russians he knew well fully supported him. We like to think it’s just Putin, and while he is the instigator the vast majority of Russians agree with him…….
