The civil war Ukrainian victims in the Donbass don't see it as 'illegal, unnecessary and stupid' after 8 years of getting bombed by the Ukraine military and are continuously being bombed now..
'Weaken Russia' is why the US Empire arms Ukraine to the tune of billions of dollars. They don't care about Ukraine or the Ukraine people. And that is why the world's majority, the 87%, know what the game is because they've suffered from US/UK/EU aggression and regime change.

You may not have noticed but the Donbass Volunteer Militias, with the assistance of Russian forces, have decimated the Ukraine military - 100 000 plus dead and hundreds of thousands wounded, according to an ex US military Colonel, Richard Black. Carry on living in the 'fantasy land' that the Russian military couldn't punch it's way out of a wet paper bag.
