I think there's a lot of saber rattling from both the US and China re. Taiwan.
Fact is, neither side want to interrupt the production of semiconductors as it would be detrimental to both economies.
So they'll throw shapes, try and develop their own semiconductor infrastructure and hopefully leave Taiwan alone.

In the RA, rockets are smaller unguided or semi-guided munitions, like our MLRS or HIMRAS. It’s not cruise missiles, ICBMs or SLBMs.

Yeah they are the 70Ms almost certainly. Like with Ukraine I believe Belarus got to keep the majority of the old USSR equipment but the majority of the newer stuff (back then) was taken back into the RF army - I doubt Belarus has even very many T80s even, likely the bulk if not nearly all will be T72s
