And as you say he Russian army is a joke,yet they apparently are a danger to Poland and the Baltic States and Finland and Sweden are so scared they've had to join NATO in fear of Fred Karno's Army. That's when it could have been stopped and as you saw the Ukrainian Foreign Minster was looking at countries to guarantee a deal so it must have been seriously considered by Ukraine. Too late now it's going to go boom for us all.
