units of several divisions of the Russian Armed Forces did not have time to escape and were surrounded, journalist Yuri Butusov reports

The paratroopers of the 80th Air Assault Brigade, one of the most combat-ready formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, are very carefully and effectively destroying the enemy. Putin and the Russian generals are thrown without help in the boiler and drain the remnants of the Russian regular troops.

So, by extension, you reckon Russia invading Ukraine is a good thing? Or is as bad as the US doing bad things?

Not in the slightest, very rarely is any armed conflict a 'good' thing, doubly so when it was entirely predictable and preventable.

Right up until February it was preventable by a guaranteed no NATO membership to Ukraine and the implementation of the Minsk agreement which Zelenskiy signed - the one brokered by the French and Germans.

Not doing so there was only ever one result, and every involved party knew so.

Just because an action has been very much provoked still doesn't mean the reaction is something 'good'.

Russia is mafia state run by a cartel that have chopped all of the countries resources that should be for the nations benefit to fill their personal coffers. They are at North Korea levels of propoganda in their attempts to control the populace and this invasion has cast a light over the levels of corruption that are a feature of the regimes government.

The poor Russian lads and families that are losing their kids are doing so to keep Vlad, the taxi driver, in the life of luxury that he has cornered for him and his oligarch mates.

Both countries are corrupt, Ukraine ranked higher on corruption than even Russia did pre war mate, Zelenskiy - if you've seen the Paradise papers, with his massive personal wealth and lovely 20m Miami mansion as corrupt as anyone.

Want to know a simple fact why Putin is actually very popular amongst Russians, it's exactly because he rebuilt the country from the absolute brink under Yeltsin (who the US effectively 'did' win an election for) is he corrupt - ofc, is Biden - ofc (see Hunter) check out where all the ministers in the UK end up working for 6 figure salaries after leaving office - yup no corruption there.

Was the US at all concerned with corruption in Russia when Yeltsin destroyed the country back to the very brink - not at all, they encouraged it and partook in it

the truth of this is only that Ukraine is corrupt. in comparison with 2014, ukraine is now coping with this very well and corruption has become much less.

everything else is a nonsense.

The corruption index which ranked them below Russia mate was last year mate, Zelenskiy who came to power on a election card of agreeing to Minsk (and stopping the war in Donbass) and anti corruption ticket had a 12% approval rating last November as he escalated the Donbass conflict and corruption increased.

Think it was the NYT which pulled an article only the other week about how much of the aid had 'gone missing' due to it being politically sensitive.

If you think Corruption hasn't gone through the roof during a war with zero oversight and 200b+ in aid being poured in with nobody overseeing where it goes then you are very very niave.

The US hasn't invaded Ukraine and Ukraine hasn't invaded Russia. You can dance around the subject as much as you want but the fact that Russia has invaded Ukraine and is commiting horrendous acts upon civilians won't change.

The sooner Russia effs off back home the better for all.

Anyone trying to defend what Putin is doing is a trumpet.

just read less yellow press.
https://www.nytimes.com/2021/07/23/style/fitness-gym-return.html , Here's an article I wrote in a couple of hours and paid $2,000 to have it published, just to get a link to the customer's site. They didn't even really check its content before publishing it
