Again, you accuse people of telling lies because they know more than you. You are very strange

Tbf, It must be difficult for those that don’t know anything, to understand that others on here actually do have experience and knowledge of things. Between us all, we can cover quite a range of knowledge from strategy, design and manufacture, to operational usage in a wide variety of military hardware and field/sea/air environments…..

Pete, I have been blown away by the knowledge of some of you on here. I have learnt a lot in this thread alone. I have no reason to doubt any of you either, I mean, why would people lie about such things?!

As @Dylan said, you can’t lie about these things because you will easily be found out. the Mods have access to email addresses and hence LinkedIn backgrounds and will soon (if they wish) suss everyone out…..

So they are experts because they say they are? Anyone can cut and paste from Wikipedia. Yours is just another post full of acronyms. US generals, military advisors and Biden have quoted that Russia has fired multiple hypersonic missiles in this war. I'll take their word before a random bloke on a football forum thank you.
Hmmm, you are arguing for the sake of arguing.

I haven't disputed that Russia have used "hyoersonics" at all.

What I am saying is not an invulnerable weapon that has handling characteristics that defy physics.

I also said that the US wasn't lagging behind in hypersonic missile tech because they really offer no advantage over the current inventory.

Whatever is presented in the media should only ever be taken at best at face value, and it rarely reflects the actual state of play.

And just as the parting gift, to use your own logic, why the heck would anyone listen to you, "a random bloke on a football forum" any more than me or the other actually knowledgeable folk who visit here.

Acronym list for those who apparently have no clue about anything:

SSGN - Ship, Submersible Guided missile, Nuclear powered
Trident C-4 - a model of SLBM
Trident D-5 - a model of SLBM
SLBM - Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile
RNZN - Royal New Zealand Navy
ANZAC - Australia New Zealand Army Core (the class of frigate purchased by Australia and new Zealand named for the ANZAC's)

Nor has anyone else Dylan, but that means nothing for some as they're following their own rhetoric regardless of what replies are provided.

It's like arguing with the drunk in the pub who is kicking off at you for disagreeing even though you actually agree

The economic war continues.

I could have Googled them if I was that bothered, why you think what could very well be a faked CV would impress anyone is amusing. People who quote online what they were are usually the type who see themselves as legends in their own lunchtime.
What is it the US military say? Oh it's Pogue. If the POTUS and several serving US members of the US military in senior positions state that Russia has fired multiple hypersonic missiles in this war and the US is yet to launch even one in anger,I'll go with that. But thank you for your comments.

Interesting take on how things may unravel. Just for clarity not my opinion but the opinion of
Contributing Editor, Daniel L. Davis is a Senior Fellow for Defense Priorities and a former Lt. Col. in the U.S. Army who deployed into combat zones four times.
