....I imagine he’s already set for life, he’s no longer a youngster and will have been on big money for quite a few years. 5 or 6 years on £100k per month isn’t too shabby.

Why? he's a decent player, good pace and strength. Probably championship standard so should do well out there and hopefully get a load of international caps.

He might be decent, never said he wasn't, but he's been non existent for Everton,

Hes played 9 times since 2012 for us, the majority of his playing career has been on loan to Sunderland while being paid by Everton, so yeah, I'd say he's been lucky
