He really has kicked on this season he was excellent for the U21s and now looks like he belongs in the Championship.

If Simms had scored that chance at Man U we'd be raving about him right now. He fluffed it on this occasion - won't happen all the time. He'll come good. Just needs to find his feet.

For me… he’s just not good enough for this level… And that’s not a criticism for me… it’s just life. Most players aren’t, I bear him no malice.

Agree, I'm not sure Simms will ever be quite good enough, Cannon has the far better skillset out of both players and imo will have better career path.
