It used to be brilliant.

What's gone on?







Since around May - it's very apparent that there's been a real lack of accessibility to customer services.

And those who wait an eternity to get through, are being given unhelpful responses like "No, your 8 year old has to have a smartphone to attend a game. Tough".

I must of had about 10x increase in queries to our emails and social inboxes with requests for help because they cant get a response from the club.
 
It’s shocking in this day and age.. I had to wait 1 hour 40 minutes yesterday…. Could they also change the tacky music screeching at you… 1 minute it goes very loud then some woman comes on you can barely hear and you think you have got through but you haven’t
 
Chap I spoke to about displaced tickets "knew" how I felt, but they've got a narrative to push. Same with any query.
It's not so much they don't care, it's they're being told to block everything and tell peeps to send an email.

But it's like everywhere tbh, service in the country is atrocious and no-one is willing to work.

Prices up, service levels down, new American owners. Coincidence?
 
The automatic email replies say have a response deadline of 21 days now. Obviously that's their limit but 3 weeks to get around to answering an email query is absurd.
You should see how bad my company is. 😂 Not sure customer service exists anywhere these days.
 
I wish Everton would contact DJI.
The drone company whose products recorded the build of BMD from day 1.
They should make them a sponsor and hand over customer services to them.
A bigger outfit than Everon with more customers too.
I have never had such incredible, rapid and knowleagable service in my life. They blew my mind how good they were/are.
@ Noggsy blue would concur also i think.
Would love to see them involved.
