Time for Landon to rock up or shut up really if he wants to be a Blue.

It's like a saucy young fit bird that keeps flirting with you but that's all, then one day she says she wants you but when you take a look you realise that she was peaking when you first showed an interest and although still wearing those size 8 leggings she's now a 14.

We want the best of you lad, not some cameo at the end that has us, saying "what if ? " or "if only."

You cant just buy youth, you need to mix it up with a few experienced players at the same time. We cant buy an unproven youngster and sit here for a couple of years hoping he becomes the dogs bollocks, because it wont happen, we dont have a team for now if that makes sense. Plus, finding young players that can go straight into the first team are way outside Evertons budget.
Say, bringing in Donovan and a Niang, Ince/Phillips or Holtby would be good as we have a player who will improve the team NOW and for the next few years and we also have a youngster who can potentially step in from time to time and grow as a player.
You cant just buy youth outright, you need experience with it.

Defo edge. The thing I like about the American players is that they seem to get it, the tradition of the club and what its about too. I want that in all of them but its harder to find now. Spot on about the competitive edge with them, they play to win.
