Whatever happened in that away end, for Barry to jump on social media to denigrate the fans was ill judged and plain stupid. He mentions another player. Well at least he has had the sense to not jump on social media.

Barry should understand that fans are separated for a reason. The reason is that there are always some that are thick and sad enough to want to fight a rival supporter.

This..............................................I'm never one for going overboard on the criticism of Everton players and my opinion actually doesn't really have anything to do with his footballing ability (maybe if he had scored 15 goals i might of thought a little differently)

The turning point for me was the Bournemouth game were he missed a couple of good chances, and again.....it wasent the chances missed, it was his reaction to missing the chances

1. After missing his second chance his head went and did nothing until he was subbed
2. sloped off the pitch in a negative demeanor when we were chasing a game
3. Spent the rest of the game on the bench like a spoiled child, head in his hands, sulking and performatively looking distraught

That's not an 'Everton' player, probably because he's fresh in the head, but Richarlison used to sulk and moan abit when he played for us, but there was a difference to Richarlison, there was no self pity, no woes is me, i just dont like that attitude Barry has shown, and presumibly think the bournemouth reaction was the main reason he lost his place to Beto

As far as this whole drama goes then I'm sorry but its 1000% on Barry. We all know the score when it comes to sitting in the oppositions end. Keep your head down and don't be a bellend about it. You certainly don't act the fool around them. Barry is an entitled, pampered little boy who thinks that the rules don't apply to him and his friends. I won't excuse any tanked up, drunken idiot for taking a swing or some scumbag if they said anything disgusting, but the fact of the matter is that none of it would've happened if Barry had followed the rules. He should never have been able to get tickets anyway. Thousands of blues would've loved to have gone and actually supported the team, but instead it went to his silly little mates. Bang out of order and shame on the club for allowing it to happen.

Baffling thing to me is that players get to hand out multiple tickets to their mates for an away game… can understand 1 or 2 for close family… but mates…? I just see that as disrespectful

As someone else said, pretty bored of him now.

Managed to get a few goals but still not showing much improvement and / or skill.

Doesn't seem very likeable, and I think this is the second time he has now caused an issue on social media.

Seems to sulk a lot.

Would be happy to see him moved on in the summer.... need to get funds to actually go out and get a competent striker.

Putting aside him being an idiot he shouldn’t be an Everton player next season on the basis that’s he crap. Get something back for him and scout a decent striker for once.
