2025/26 Thierno Barry

I’ve spoke to a couple of people who saw some of what took place and they seem to be suggesting that they were giving it the big one from relatively early on .

I will admit they moved out of the way before the kick off but they did so expecting it to go off . From reading here and talking to people it seems Fair to say though like in most situations accounts differ .

Anyone who thinks it’s fine to assault someone over footy allegiances is a worm, like.

With that said, it’s very well-known that a lot of said worms exist and so putting them there was stupid.

I liked the idea of Barry continuing his improvement here, but this doesn’t feel like the kind of thing that you come back from. Hopefully he’s notched enough goals to get us a reasonable return for him.

While I agree ..

If you went to Saudi and started waving rainbow flags you’d expect a reaction

If you got drunk and walked through the wrong neighbourhood at 2am being loud and drawing attention you’d expect a negative reaction and probably end up with a beating

I’ve sat in the away end before and we won but I wasn’t jumping up and down when we scored .. because I don’t want to be beaten up by Pompey fans

Don’t want to victim blame but if you play stupid games you win stupid prizes

If Gana can come back from a red at United, he can come back.

Clearly some education needed from the club. Ive been by Demarai Gray, Godfrey and McNeils family at the match, and they actively back everton and their family.

If they want to support Arsrnal, thats their choice, but Barry could have just got them tickets in corporate, not like he doesnt earn £30k a week (at min).

All totally avoidable. Everton fans whether right or wrong, being annoyed at losing in that manner is somewhat understandable.

Barry a young lad, seems naive if he didnt expect that to happen.

Draw a line, learn your lessons and hope common sense prevails. Doesnt change the fact we still need a goalscorer who'll slot 20 a season (easier said than done).
