In what way. She overpays her client base then expects the rest of the U.K. to pay for it. Her NHS is a shambles, her drug problem is a shambles, education is going down at a rate of knots, she is running out of money and just has a grievance strategy to maintain her base. Christ she can’t even build a couple of ships to service the Shetlands etc…

Look, we are all paying more for fuel and gas etc. Inflation is raging across Europe and the USA, the Ukraine situation is causing mayhem, and companies are trying to recover their cashflow due to Covid. We are where we are, and the whole of the western world is in the same place. We could of course had Corbyn running the country, having got rid of our nuclear defence and suggesting that Ukraine give in to Russia in order to stop the war, and getting on the picket lines with any strikers. But would anything honestly be better ??????

I very much doubt, had Corbyn been the PM, that we would now be playing hunt the missing test & trace billions, with Randox, Dido and the Jockey Club gang.

Sometimes you have to wonder at how screwed up the world is and in this case the UK when you see who controls the fates of so many.

There might not have been policies you were in favour of but we wouldn’t have had a government/ PM running roughshod over political accountability and due process further undermining any trust in government.

Depends what you prioritise I suppose.

Johnson was an actual PM, failed at everything and made the UK a laughing stock

….child poverty at an all time high is shameful; NHS waiting lists, people waiting years for standard operations, cancers undetected & untreated; waiting hours for ambulances; airport & transport in general chaos; basic education standards dropping, teachers having to pay out of their own pockets for materials; crime on the increase, third rate police forces, courts in disarray; the economy in reverse, lending at record levels, inflation rising; cost of living about to rise to record levels, families deciding whether to eat or heat whilst energy companies reveal mammoth profits for shareholders, food bank growth; public service offering dreadful & likely to get worst to fund tax cuts.

Britain after 12 years of the Conservatives, child poverty and food bank growth. Partying whilst public adhered to COVID rules, lying and manoevering. No values, no decency just an obsession with staying in power. Disgraceful.

Strange how the global crash was Labours fault, but this mess is down to external factors.

It was also incompetently run and managed too, don't forget. They could have had a vastly more effective system for a fraction of the cost - as some of us tried to point out from March 2020 onwards. That system would have proved its use several times over since then, with billions saved and thousands fewer dead / tens of thousands fewer hospitalized. Johnson would still be PM and people would have faith in his government and government generally.

Again whataboutry, you like your party have run out of reasons and excuses. Who knows if Corbyn or Starmer, maybe we are focusing on individuals too much here. I do think sincerely that Labour could well have done better. We have had 10 years of austerity, which has produced the square root off f- all good for the Country, looking at your party, your front bench is a disgrace too politics, thick as pigshit, lazy, entitled nobodies, there is nothing there at all.
