So, with Boris Johnson’s resignation imminent, the big question is who’ll succeed him. Bit surprised to see the likes of Penny Mordaunt so prominent in the betting.

My understanding is Tory MPs undertake a number of ballots to filter the candidates down to 2 & then the party members vote on which of those will be the new Conservative Party leader & PM.
