What about those leccy scooters? Unicycles? Wheely walkers for the disabled? I believe the americans call them 'rascals', these things...How many more accidents they cause on the road - no something needs to be done - no court case - the cyclist should have insurance & get banned from cycling - end of .... you can not have one rule for a motorist & another for another road user - those new bikes go over 30 miles per hour - down hill 50 miles per hour - as a motorist we get done - they don't .... sorry over 18-year-old & you pay insurance & road tax & are liable to the highway code, & pass a proper road test - pedal power nowadays is just as dangerous ....
The friends I have in Wakes driving at 20 miles per hour are fed up with cyclist over taking them

pardon me, but wtf has christmas done to get roped in here?That's all they do is catch motorist speeding for their Christmas party - just think of the bumper income on speeding cyclist

Cyclists speed? Have you ever tried going at 30mph on a bicycle Joe? Your talents may be hidden under a bushel, but I would go as far as to say you'd need a few Dysons strapped to your back on full "blow" mode to get even close.
I almost got run over by a cyclist doing at least 50 MPH down hill I told him there was a cycle path 10 yards away - two fingered me - I will kick him off it next time - Lycra barsteward ...
Plus I have seen your bike Bruce your legs must be small - so you may be exempt - falling into the toddler group ...
He was doing 50mph and you had the time to have a conversation with him while he took one hand off the bars to give you the v? Where to even begin?
I was there mate he turned around & did it taking his eyes off the road - he won't be that fortunate next time around - I will make a citizens arrest - speeding - not using the EU money for the cycle track provided - & abusive two finger salute over his head which I will jam up his arsp ....
So not only can you easily ride a bike over 30mph Joe, your athletic prowess extends to chasing down someone riding past you at over 50mph on foot? Your talents know no bounds.
Next time he will be kicked off it mate speeding like that .... he was going that fast I had no chance than hurl verbal abuse at him & tell him to use the cycle path ....
