What if its a 7 year old with stabilisers? What if they have zero no claims cos they accidentally ran over their 4 year old Sister and now are insurable?
Where would you put the number plates Joey, bear in mind they need to be visible ?
Most road bikes nowadays, are ultra sleek and for the life of me I can’t think where you’d stick a front and back number plate ?
Just big enough to be caught on police camera ....

Front & back they have small lights on a bike, so why not small number plates ?
Just ask the family of the old lady killed by a racing bike - they have no insurance to clam from .....

yet if a motorbike or a car hit her you would be entitled to claim - the driver would also get banned .... ....

Not really I have a cunning plan .... they have cycle lanes at huge cost yet decide to block the roads - I saw on guy with a camera on his head - technology is easy mate - they are road users they should pay the same as the motorist but as a reduced rate if the cause an accident - they should have insurance - pure common-sense IMO ....Small being the operative word there Joey.
