No, my view is that the US largely owes its existence and its success to the fact that its leaders in the past embraced an ideology not that different from the blood and soil one.

No, my view is that the US largely owes its existence and its success to the fact that its leaders in the past embraced an ideology not that different from the blood and soil one.

In our Declaration of Independence this statement for me is the core of the Left's views:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

We as a nation are still working towards actually achieving what is said in that statement.
