Show me where I said Trump was a fascist.
And that's not to say I don't think he is. But when you act the way he does; calling media that is critical of him FAKE NEWS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lying_press), to stop certain media outlets from attending briefings, attempting to ban/demonise a whole religious group etc. Then it doesn't look good, does it. Time will tell.
One thing is for sure, he's a massive liar and hypocrite. I mean, to criticise Obama for golfing, and then goes and spends more time on holiday in his first year than Obama did in his whole term.
Personally I find it substantially more offensive.
It isn't illegal, as long as they are peaceful which they haven't been, and I support their right to free speech. However that also gives me the right to call them out for the vile fascists they are.

This tweet just embodies what is wrong with the debate in the US.
For a start, millions of Americans didn't "embrace martyrdom" in the Second World War (millions of Russians, Germans, Chinese and Japanese did - but obviously they weren't fighting "for freedom"). Secondly, the US armed forces in the Second World War were segregated to a degree unimaginable nowadays and they were fighting for a country where such segregation was rife, and even where "relations" - up to and including marriage - between the races was illegal in half the country. If they were fighting for any abstract ideal, then its probably likely that most of them were fighting because the man told them to and promised that they would remain his favourite people afterwards - (edit) so yes, many of them probably were on one level fighting for the right of the white man to walk up and down a street in the South with a flag.

Which is fine. Trouble is too many times "calling out" involves violence. Then anyone with a different opinion gets labelled fascist and becomes fair game for a bike lock to the head leading up to todays events.
I don't know how these guys do it. It's either impressive obfuscation or must take a lot of strength to fight off the cognitive dissonance.

What the hell do bike locks to the head have to do with Nazi salutes??!! Other than it causing them brain damage I can't see how anyone can be forced into a Nazi march unless they embrace the views!
I don't find it at all hard to condemn political violence whoever it is who is doing it and neither do I excuse it by claiming others actions/beliefs forced you into it. Everyone has a choice as to how they react and I also happen to believe that non-violent protests are not only morally superior but as a practical matter are more effective at persuasion.
