The Far right tried in on in the 1930s with Mosley and got a pasting. They tried it on in the late 1960s with Enoch Powell, supported by London Dockers and got taken to the cleaners. They tried it in the 1970s wit the NF and Combat 88 and again were run out of town, The morphed into the BNP and yet again they were hounded from the streets. The EDL are the latest far right group to take up the mantle and as shown in Liverpool they find it difficult to organise on the street. The far right have always used terror for political ends - Combat 88 were notorious for attacking march and pubs were meetings were held - it is just the opposition to them has been much stronger.
That doesn't mean that they will not just go away they wont, some of them are on a mission to 'cleanse' the country anyway they can.
