I can't stop people making such posts. I don't own the forum. I'm just trying to point out that there is a world of difference between a post claiming that a player is at Finch Farm (as someone has posted an unconfirmed claim on twitter today), and that a named individual is deliberatly harming the club with no proof. Forums are not immune from legal action.

My other point is, you wouldn't post it if you didn't believe it to be true, even if you were only "passing it on"

There are enough evidential claims against BK / the board to hang them without adding unsubstantiated stuff.

That's all I'm saying. Its a point of view not a polemic against the Kenwrongers.

It's more of a lament of the mood around the club than challenging mick's legitimacy. If someone came on here and said they'd met someone in Dubai who said a takeover was imminent, everyone would say it was a smokescreen to sell season tickets. We've lost the ability to be objective. Surely until we as a fanbase regain that ability any forum debate is pointless?

This forum isn't a **** off kenwright forum, I think that's called Toffeeweb or Peoples Forum.

I recognise you as a regular poster so you'll know that debates / forum takes a broad church approach, so the implication that only kenwrongers are welcome to the forum is just plain wrong.

Also, I'm not Lordieblue, so all I'm dong is what everyone else is doing, giving a view. Not a threat to legal action.

The fact that its not being ignored or treated as such is very worrying.
