not if the complaints they’ve had are all about fast food delivery riders though - it’s like those gimps on powered scooters, when they target those they’d get 90% white males with stupid hats but no one would claim they were racially profiling

Wow in 90 mins they found 15% of riders on bikes stopped had no insurance or were committing offences.

Thats a huge %.

Not a fan of it. This is an easy win for them against people with minimal employment rights because they won't regulate the industry
