As I said barely a few posts ago, I don't think that is worthy of police time either. We've become infantile during this entire process by getting absorbed in things that belong on the playground.
This is grabbing someone by the neck, and as you can see on Fruend's expression, he wasn't much liking it. The lady in that clip doesn't appear in any physical distress whatsoever.

Without doubt, he could have asked her to leave in a different manner, no question at all. Was he excessively rough with her? Quite probably. Is it a police matter? No.

Bruce is playing you like a fiddle here
"Burglar in a private property and protecting yourself" is a bit different to "woman in crowded room showing no threat assaulted by man".
I think that's the epitome of false equivalency...
