Do you think that Lineker is essential to the BBC? If he is not essential, he is expendable.

The only people that should/can strike, are those who have leverage and who are essential to society. TV production crews in London, and multi-millionaire presenters who withdraw their services... they are not essential. What leverage do they have? None. Nobody cares!
