Indeed, but then again everyone would have been moaning if we hadn’t of bought it….Anyway, a brand new disease will shortly be coming from China so we use the stuff…….
Did/does it arrive on the same produce as well?
And where are we getting the extra nurses from? going cap in hand to the recently retired (in 2019) and or asking those about to retire to stay on is going to be very very difficult, having killed the nursing bursary new nurses havent covered for those that have left, having dragged ordinary time (thats nurses in their 30's and 40's that were in the trenches anyway, not calling them ordinay in any other aspect) nurses through the mire topped up with the extras that could be begged back/to stay on, all of their good will is spent, and the well is poisoned, this has been exacerbated by the cuts to the nhs, with the sleaze of covid contracts and finished with a bow re lies about parties and boozing it up whilst people died (not to mention those that suffered with not seeing their families and in some cases not able to bury those whos loved ones died in mismanaged care homes...) and then offered a 5% pay increase with a cost of living crisis on and the same nurses and nhs support staff using food banks.

I've read before it termed 'managed decline', well from here it looks like 'targeted destruction'. Shambles! Get this tory slime gone!

Again, what would you do…..

What are the waiting times in all four countries…just out of interest….

…in Wales over 50% answered in under 8mins.

I’m not overly centered on what Welsh Labour and Scottish SNP are achieving, I’m saying the whole lot needs improving. These are critical issues and if it was Labour who had got us in this mess I wouldn’t be making excuses, I’d accept that change was needed.

Again, what would you do…..
Not kill the nursing bursary.
Not spunk £38 Billion on a track & trace system no one has ever seen.
Demand the money back from the banks for the financial crash bail outs with interest.
Not tell lies.
Not spread covid around by putting elderly care home residents contagious with back into the homes.
Not employ sex offenders.
Recognise that key staff (of which there is a deficit) are under strain personally from the decisions made by government and look after them accordingly - instead of chatting balls about fining people for missing Dr's appointments, and suggesting worse working conditions for the remaining staff to tackle the nhs backlog...

off the top of my head like...

Well I agree with all of that, but there’s a certain poster on here who will defend test and trace to the death, you should converse with him…..

They ain’t bussing them in from anywhere and they know it.

It’s Liz Truss’ and her wannabe gangster sidekick, playing to the crowd, at being Thatcher and Tebbit. (For our younger readers, see Spitting Image)

Very good friends, the pair of them apparently. Closely aligned on complex affairs of state.

Some have sought to misrepresent their friendship. One notable example being the disgraceful and widely discredited (particularly by those mentioned) list, detailing alleged MP misdemeanours, said to be kept by Tory whips.

A number of the MPs mentioned were very angry and threatened to sue, when the list first became public, but never did. It must all have been resolved amicably behind closed doors and the allegations rightly dismissed, as scurrilous and unfounded rumours.

It’s very strange though, given that the list was circulated in 2017, how many of those named have since been exposed as being guilty of the very same allegation as that listed.

That’s downright spooky !

You'd expect the whips office to have a list like that. I mean, i'd expect them to do something to protect the people who are being harrassed also but there we are.

I don't know if you have ever noticed pete, but what I was calling for was a test and trace system that worked. You know, like the ones abroad that cost much less, that proved more effective at preventing deaths, serious illnesses and lockdowns.

Your lot - the party you have spent years on here jumping through ever more ridiculous hoops to praise lets not forget - produced, at vast expense, one that didn't.
