Dont think Duncan Smith said much wrong if I am honest. They targeted the poll tax rebates earlier in the year, and doesnt every household get £600 over a couple of months soon?

Direct intervention in energy and fuel costs would be my suggestion. Cos after all, the drivers behind the prices are able to be manipulated, and, crucially, should be short term.

Not sure how he thinks we aren't going into another recession when the majority of the country will only have spare money for the basics after bills (if they have anything spare at all). This cost of living crisis is going to kill the economy.

PPE still being stored at over 750,000 quid a DAY ! 10 billion quid wasted on faulty PPE, unsuitable PPE and unusable PPE. No doubt more we don't know about, it's all been forgotten about like it was a bad dream.
