Linekar isn’t left wing and this shouldn’t be framed as a 2 sides thing. He’s criticising government rhetoric regarding immigration which even any Tory should agree with.
OK, Inside Left then...I threw in the old style football positions for effect.
But if he's criticising the govt, he's probably not on the right of the political spectrum.

Was critical of Corbyn as well.
You can be right wing and still say what the tories are doing here is wrong.
You can be both, I am myself - depending on the subject.
I banged a clock and worked 'on the tools' for 47yrs. so in a workers Vs bosses context I am Old School Wilson-ite Labour.
I also believe in, 'small government', the police and a strong defence policy, consequences and punishment for crimes - is that 'right wing'

This area crops up occasionally, and its often not pretty.

Feel free to further expand and explain that for me please.
Well, it wasn't a premeditated killing. It's easy to sit at home and pass judgement after the event. Multiple gunshots to the body doesn't necessarily end a threat to life. |A headshot is more effective. This isn't a TV show where one shot kills...

Morale of the story... don't rob and threaten peoples lives with a gun. As an added bonus, chance of reoffending = zero.

It’s being reported that the baby is indeed Victoria, their child, and she was found in a bag in a locked shed. I just cannot get my head around this. If they want a volunteer to pull the lever at a hanging there will be a queue 100 miles long…..
Unfortunately there is an element that is rather keen on the certainty of death being the solver of a variety of problems, the 'get them judged and killed as quick as possible' attitude, it's all the rage till it's someone you know or even themselves in the frame.

In a parallel, theres been a lot of shouting by a certain section for Linekers career to be ended. I wonder what the overlap is on these two issues.

It might be that there are direct lines between the two. 🤔

For fact 38 Tory MPs wrote and expressed their unhappiness at what sport presenter had tweeted about tone of language around asylum seekers

Chip paper Lineker, what this has highlighted is the cronyism between Tory Government/ party has with upper echelons of BBC, now the light is being shone on Sharp and Gibb. And it smells of anything but impartiality, that's my take from people who have no interest in football whatsoever, it's highlighted the BBC at the very top is not impartial, it's been inherently good this being outed to the masses.

Oh dear. Looks like they can see an opportunity to turn the BBC into Fox and the like. Whenever this shill says something is a good idea you can be sure it'll be terrible for the masses and good for his old boys network.
