So the couple have finally been arrested, without the Baby.

A search by the police has found the remains of a baby near where they were arrested. If it turns out to be as bad as it’s currently looking, these two should never see the light of day again……

Given the police didn't know any details about the baby at all before the discovery I imagine the 'parents' were giving it the 'no comment' answer to all questions. We might never know exactly what happened, or the reasons why.

I presumed they’d got off because he’s a convicted sex offender and she was heavily pregnant, I was assuming police social /services would be unhappy with him being in the child’s life so they left prior to birth to prevent intervention. Only speculating though .

It’s being reported that the baby is indeed Victoria, their child, and she was found in a bag in a locked shed. I just cannot get my head around this. If they want a volunteer to pull the lever at a hanging there will be a queue 100 miles long…..

Instead of empathy for a dead baby, someone decided to get a barb about capital punishment into the conversation. Wrong time, wrong place, just plain wrong. As usual.
Got called out on it, and didn't like it. As usual. So decided to try and get personal in my direction. An utter coward. As usual.

Must have had some awfully low self esteem to be hanging around some low life who's spent many years behind bars.

If we had capital punishment @peteblue there would be less evil breathing - by that token I fully support it.

Has wrong doing been established? Do we know for sure? Are the authorities finished with their investigation? Knee jerk reactions are what soiled the attack on the hotel in Liverpool housing asylum seekers thread, and then the Nicola Bulley thread. Want to get the capital punishment debate going, open a thread. Introducing it here, when we don't know if the mother was/is ill or drug dependent or any number of complications surrounding birth may be a factor... oh no, the gallows, a queue a hundred miles long.

These vultures thrive on stoking hatred to pull attention away from their own sordid misdeeds. Thats why.
