Here is our Hourly Update................ nothing since the last hourly update.................. why would a professional business put that. I really love Costa Coffee, and when they appoint a new CEO at Whitbread then I'm sure they will announce it, not give the website hourly updates on their interview process.

The communication about the manager is not about telling us every fine detail or progress but simply putting fans concerns at ease.
Essentially we have had a terrible start to the season and the issues are there. The team has been routed several times, out of two competitions and we have sacked a manager. We don't need to know everything going on but something to say the club are dealing with it. Right now it appears we are doing nothing about hiring another manager when 3 other clubs have sacked and hired a manager within a week or so. That shows the ckub were actively looking to bring a new man in.
We have nothing to go on, not even a mention about us still searching for one. No idea why it's took so long or what the club's intentions are with a new manager. That is why it is a joke. It's nothing to do with every single update it's about telling the fans what's going on.
If there is no news this week then it is clear nothing has been happening and the club are trusting unsworth to keep going. Which would be fine if they just tell us that ! It just appears we aren't looking for a new manager but don't trust unsworth either in staying the rest of the season. It's a complete joke, there is no justifiable reason that we have not brought another manager in yet or said a word on it.
And what if we lose Sunday? Where does thst leave the club? Right back in that mix at the bottom but closer to 20th and if unsworth cannot beat the team at the bottom of the league then our hopes for the season are pretty much staying up.

It's been three weeks man and nothing. It's drift, it's inertia, it's the hall marks of a club that's settling for mediocrity but creating another mess. Kings Dock, Kirby, Arteta money,. Install a manager with more cups as a player than manager. Same as always. Sell our best player and not replace. Four number tens no genuine striker, no update on a stadium. The club's board is rotten and not fit for purpose just happy to exist. Shambles. We stink of Villa.
