this is the main problem with kids today. they perceive themselves as disempowered which leads them to become demoralised and then they lap up victimhood which is totally self-destructive. Jordan Peterson is very aware of this, which is what i believe his book `twelve rules for life` is addressing.
Interesting point and I agree in some respects, but why do you say they perceive themselves to be disempowered as opposed to disempowered?

if i understand you correctly, the `perceive themselves` as i see it is just THAT. its `themselves`, its about the person entirely. i`m powerless over for example, China hoovering up Africa, as they have done for decades and i always will be, but that doesn`t stop me from working on me and my personal situation. looking to solve the problems of the world is all well and good but as whatsisname reckoned - i`m starting with the man in the mirror. does this make sense mate as i ain`t no Michelangelo wordsmith when it comes to explanations ;)

Really? Care to name one?
Why do I need to name them? I'm sure there is at least 1 person on here who find Andrew tate's videos interesting and the drama surrounding him, but they aren't vocal about it. The way I view it, if one person finds it interesting then I've achieved my goal.

I find the guy interesting from the perspective of how blatantly obvious his grifting is and how he comes from a supposedly smart family (his father was the first black grand chessmaster and a CIA operative) and yet he ended up making a career out of dunking on nerds and saying outrageously stupid stuff online.

Im interested in how normal he is when he's not playing his character. grifters interest me, i wish they didn't but i find them kind of fascinating in how shameless they are.
