The thing I always think with these 'manager stay or go' polls is that if it's split right down the middle then really the answer is to make change.
I'm obviously biased, having voted no - but don't think its helpful for the fanbase to be so divided on such a crucial issue.
With all respect, this is how we ended up with brexit. It doesn't mean one half know what they are talking about.
We have gone from consistently fighting relegation for years to having one and a half in relative peace, Everton are still mid-rebuild. We all know
Moyes has a celling, but we're not there yet. He excels when things are up against it, for instance under a different manager when we lost the AFCON players, had suspensions and a load of injuries we could have well slid down into trouble again. Who knows if
Ndiaye/Garner are still here next season.
We need to strengthen to a point we have a more than solid team that are challenging for the top European spots and are out spending the others year on year to grow the gap between us and the mid-table sides. Once we get to that point then a change wouldn't be so risky. Of course if there is a world class manager who wants in and has players that will fall over themselves to join, then that's a different matter.
Lots of examples this season where clubs have changed managers and have jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire. Until we have working full backs and forwards, I can't see why anyone thinks this is the time to change.
