Something to remember when folks clamor for an early call on results when a state like Virginia is reporting. The early reported counts will look really bad for Democrats. Rural precincts will have hundreds of votes to count. Metro precincts will have hundreds of thousands to count.

Looking back at 2018 in AZ as Sinema pulled away from McSally in the Senate race, as more and more urban votes got counted (along with others down the ballot), the noisy right wingers were claiming voter fraud and stealing the election by counting actual votes.

I remember Virginia in 2016 specifically as CNN looked like you killed their family and Fox at the same time celebrating.

At the end Virginia was easily Clinton. Not even close.

AZ 2018 was more worrying. As the urban counts kept being counted it became crazier and craziertown on Twitter. No idea about how Fox handled that.
