Yup that's the level of debate I've come to expect from you.

I note you still haven't explained which of Trump's economic policies that you prefer over Biden's.
If you remember the time before corona you would know. I keep it simple for you, Trump's economic program has been very simple. It's an attack on taxes and regulations with an extra dose of spending on infrastructure and the military.

No need to keep it simple for me mate - go on, dive a little deeper than blasé soundbites and tell me which of Trump's specific economic policies you agree with. Link these policies to achievements his administration have made over the last four years, if you possibly can.

Every bit of which is wrong for the world we live in.

We need tax revenue because our debt is ballooning to levels other countries have found to be unsustainable as a percentage of GDP. We need regulations because of COVID, and because we don't want to be drinking toxic water next to lakes that are on fire. I'll approve of greater military spending when the generals figure out that the next war is not the Cold War, that the adversary is going to make a play for our command and control infrastructure and software, and that they don't want to lose that portion of the fight.

Finally, a border wall is not infrastructure. It's a wall, and a fairly pointless symbol at that. Our real infrastructure - our highways, bridges, train stations and schools - are crumbling. Trump could pay to fix those things...if he were willing to raise the revenue in the form of taxation.

You clearly didnt pay attention in the last for years... beyond leftist propaganda ofcourse. Economy was booming.. Job numbers great especially for minorities. I'm off to work now so keep it up champ.
Go ACB!!!

John Oliver finished his show by endorsing Biden in relation to immigration especially south and Central America. But with the big caveat that knowingly the Obama ministration was part the problem and the people can’t just vote but need to organise to put him to task.

What were the actual benefits of the reduction in taxes? What was the economic implications of the policy? What were the benefits?

IT IS HAPPENING

It's probably not going to happen, any more than Beto did. Disqualification of votes (for valid reasons such as signatures) will disproportionately affect Biden, as Democrats are more likely to vote by mail. That's going to preclude him from winning stretch states such as Texas, IMO.

That said, as @BirkenheadBlue points out the state just being in play says a lot about Republican prospects elsewhere. The trend line in Texas is interesting for the future, as there is no realistic pathway to 270 for the Republicans without Texas.
