Moyes did seem to speak alot about him, but i can't remember him ever going past just bigging up his Athleticism, rather than his actual ability.

I don’t think centre half is as strong as you think. Both Keane and Tawks are way below the level needed if we want to push for top 6 and they are declining rapidly. JOB is completely unproven too and I’m not yet convinced he is a starter at CB for us. Stones is a year younger than Distin was when he joined us and he is and has always been an absolutely elite baller.

It’s his recent injury record that worries me , not his obvious talent or wages
